Our range includes all standard platforms – 30, 45, 60 degree and 45 Tri-Helical pattern, we also have 60 degree Tri-Helical, Ani-Plus (first generation elongation), Ani-Plus II (second generation elongation), Ani-Flow, and Ani-Max structures available.
To complement the above range we have our own unique ALTernative geometry in the NANO cell technology.

COLOUR
CONSISTENCY
We live in a world of colour and Corporate Brand control and integrity is of the utmost importance to help differentiate brands, products and ensure consistency to the consumer.
Here at Anilox Laser Technology we have the most stringent levels of volume control to ensure consistency, accuracy and repeatability on the products we produce.
Our method of volume control is unique. We use both optical and physical methods together to ensure accurate volume measurement. Our method involves a temperature controlled solution accurately dispensed onto the surface of the engraving. This is then distributed evenly and consistently over the surface of the Anilox, we then create an image from this and measure the ink movement and spread – this offers us the most accurate volume measurement.
RAINBOW
CELL RANGE
Alongside the standard range we have our Rainbow range of geometry
The RAINBOW range is developed for extended runs and reduced cleaning cycles.
All of our Anilox rollers and Sleeves are engineered to help offer improved press speeds, reduction in doctor blade wear and improved durability.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL INFORMATION
All our Anilox Cell measurements are based on actual volume readings and print results.
To convert to BCM volume, divide the cm³/m² reading by 1.55.
Min (minimum): Equivalent to 22% of cell opening.
Opt (optimum): Equivalent to 28% of cell opening.

NANO
TECHNOLOGY
NANO Cell Technology features a unique elongated, closed-cell structure, significantly longer than conventional cell geometries.
This innovative design delivers precise, consistent volume control with repeatable results, while maximising ink release through its unique cell structure.
VERSATILE APPLICATIONS
NANO technology supports a wide range of printing applications, including coating, varnish, spot whites, spot colours, vignettes, process printing, priming and offset coating.
Its versatility can reduce the number of anilox rolls and specifications required, helping printers simplify their inventory.
MAXIMUM CELL VOLUME RELEASE
The unique NANO geometry optimises the relationship between cell depth and opening, allowing maximum volume release.
This enables higher screen counts while maintaining the required ink laydown, delivering consistent, controlled results.
IMPROVED INK MOVEMENT & EVACUATION
The elongated cell structure promotes maximum ink movement and efficient evacuation, supporting consistent ink transfer and reliable print performance.

HIGHER SCREEN COUNTS
IMPROVED GRAPHICS
We generally want to run higher screen counts as this will improve the print quality and lay down
INK MOVEMENT AND CELL STRUCTURE
Rolls run cleaner for longer
Easier to clean cell
Maximum release of product
Helps prevent against anilox scoring
Reduction of spitting issues
Reduction of clogging issues with heavier pigments
Helps reduce tubing and curl issues in sheet delivery
IMPROVED EVACUATION
The Anilox Roller or sleeve is a key part of the Flexographic print or coating process. It is vital for the printer to get the ink/coating volume transfer at it’s optimum.
Longer Print Runs
Helps manage cell evacuation at increased speeds.
Better particle movement
More cells space helps heavy particles move easier within the cell.
Reduced cleaning stops
The elongated cell structure offers better resistance to doctor blade scoring.
Maximum Volume Release
Cell geometry allows high volume release while keeping the opening to depth ratio at a minimum.

NANO TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS
The Nano cell technology can be utilised in many of the more technical applications within the industry. Examples of these include:
White applications
Good opacity with a combination of solid and text.
Tone, vignette & fine text
For tone, vignette and fine line/solid and reverse text.
